Day 75

Three quarters of the way there, at least time wise! I'm currently in the process of catching up for most of yesterday and today (80 down, 60 to go). Right elbow is a bit sore in the pushup, something that isn't helped by sleeping with my arm bent over my head, but so far it's just a minor annoyance.

Also, I'd like to commend Sarah Litt for doing burpees in the back of the Budget moving truck yesterday.

Happy burpee-ing!

  1. R2 also tried Budget burpees - but unfortunately had to leave them to shorter people as she kept hitting the ceiling...

  2. I read this comment wrong in my email before reading the post! Sarah I thought you were leaving budget burpees to shorter people. Out of context I couldn't even imagine what you were talking about.

My pelvis/hips are sore. Even lots of stretching doesn't help

  4. Yay 3/4 through time-wise! I have a deficit of 60 right now, but I plan to make those up in the next day or two.

Otherwise, I have to say that finding out I was halfway through the total number of burpees only a few days ago (day 71 was it?) makes the last 25 days VERY daunting ... but I'm hoping to forge ahead!

I haven't had much lower-back pain as many of you had ... I have, however, experienced an odd pain in my left lower leg - similar to shin splints but almost on the side. It's strange! Also, I think my knees take a big beating from burpees.

  5. I just missed a day and made them up today. Missing days at this point is NOT a good thing.

  6. This is great...75% done with the days to do burpees and over halfway done with the actual burpees. Now that the great white north here in vermont has thawed I've been doing burpees outside. Life is good!

  7. FYI, popular site lifehacker.com had a post on "burpies" (their spelling) today, and I pimped out this blog and challenge in the comments!
