  4. Joke - That was hilarious! :)
i have to admit the thought of the burpee challenge again seems a little daunting to me...
I might be convinced to do a 50 day challenge. or even maybe change the challenge to a pull-up hang challenge or something else?
anyone have a different challenge they might want to try?

  5. i'm going to pass. i think there is a point in the challenge where the benefits are outweighed by the costs. last year we had people with injuries late in the game and if you are mixing it with any sort of other intense workout regime - there is a major chance for injury or over use.

i'm all for some other challenge (bc doing 'some' burpees did have its benefits) and it was quite fun doing them in all sorts of random places with friends.

i'd be up for having a weekly amount (maybe 100 for the week) and you can complete them any day as long as you complete them over the week... or something like that.

  6. Ooh, I like Frankie's idea! I love the idea of a fun challenge, but don't want to burpee myself into physio again. I'd be in for a weekly amount or something like that...

  7. I just recently read about the 100 Burpee challenge. I bought in on December 9, with 10 burpees to put me at day 4. 21 Burpees today at the gym.

Reading about all the injuries in the past challenege has me somewhat concerned. I'll keep going as long I am healthy.
