Somewhat hazardous to your health. I will be breaking them up in the future, but wanted to see if I could do these in a row. My jumps at the end are barely high enough to slip a dollar bill under.

Well done - I had to break mine down into two sets this morning...one of 12 and one of 11.
ReplyDeleteDan this is an amazing idea! Today I just videotaped myself doing my burpees, which really helped me see when and how I start falling apart on my form. I think I am going to do this every once in awhile to see how I am doing! Thanks for the idea
ReplyDeleteYea, it really helps to look at your form. I don't plan on doing 20 plus in a row, more like sets of ten QUALITY burpees. I just wanted to see if I could do the 21 just for kicks. It was brutal, and you could see the toll it took on not only my pushups, but especially the jump at the end.
